We are a fully licensed and insured watersports company operating in Nassau Bahamas, below are the terms and conditions of our services.

Jet Ski Services
 

All drivers & riders will be instructed how to operate the jet ski before riding by a licensed jet ski operator. All Drivers must be 17 years or older. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe you are under the influence of any substance. All persons are required to wear a life jacket at ALL times while on the jet ski.
No stopping, jumping off the jet ski, doing tricks, spraying other riders with the jet stream water, etc. We reserve the right to terminate your ride WITHOUT refund if found in violation of riding rules. All riders must stay within sight of jet ski operator on the beach. ALL Guests Must Be Able to Swim.

 

Jet skiing is a strenuous activity and passengers should be in good physical condition to ride as you must be able to hold yourself on the ski and be prepared to hit waves. We do not recommend for anyone who is pregnant or has any known medical conditions in which this could be dangerous for yourself.

 

 

Passenger Weight Limits:

All jet skis are limited (2) passengers with the combined weight of 350lbs. If your combined weight is more than 350lbs you will need to book skis individually.

 

Riders are responsible for Jet Skis:

If riders damage the ski in any way while riding, you will be responsible for the cost damages caused.

ALL GUESTS MUST CALL or WhatsApp OUR NASSAU TOUR GUIDE THE MORNING OF YOUR APPOINTMENT TO CONFIRM WEATHER.

This is due to the fact whether in the tropics changes in an instant & we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or change your departure point due to this.

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATIONS
 

  • We do require payment at time of reservation booked via our website.

  • We accept all major credit cards for online payment only. There is a 4% processing fee for all online payments.

  • Gratuity is NOT included in any prices. You can tip our staff directly or leave a tip at booking.

  • No foreign transaction fees for currency conversion for US clients.

  • Credit card system is secure and we NEVER see your credit card information. 

  • 4% processing fee Is non-refundable for any & all reservations.

  • No modifications can be made to reservations less than 24 hours or day of reservation - they are considered cancellations and no refund will be given.


TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDED 

ex: you are sick, your cruise ship does not make port, etc - this can help reimburse your missed excursion.​

  • Airline/Cruise Ship Guests

    • Cruise Ship Cancels Port of Call or Changes Itinerary:​

      • ​​We do NOT refund if your Cruise Ship does NOT Port or Your Flight is Cancelled. We HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance for this reason.

        • Unfortunately, cruise ships can change or cancel itineraries/ports of call at any time for various reasons, including but not limited to weather, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.​

  • When purchasing travel insurance, we recommend purchasing from an outside company rather than through your cruise ship or airline (these policies generally only cover the cruise or flight itself).

    • Purchase Travel Insurance - We recommend Faye Travel Insurance:

        • Tip: include the price of any and all excursions you are booking in your Total Trip Cost & Make sure your type of excursion (ie adventure/sports) are covered under your plan, sometimes there is an additional option to add this.

Remember travel insurance generally covers full reimbursement of cancelled trips for medical reasons, work, death and similar. It will also cover up to $XXX of emergency medical costs, lost baggage, delays, etc. 

 

JET SKIS RENTALS & TOURS POLICIES:

  • WEATHER POLICY:

    • If you Arrive at the Confirmed Location and Our Operator determines it's not safe to ride.

    • If Our Representative communicates the DAY OF and CANCELS your reservation due to weather.

    • ​You will receive a refund (minus 4% processing fees) or the choice to reschedule if possible. Generally, takes 7-14 business days to process.
       

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: (4% processing fee is non-refundable)

    • If you cancel more than (7) days prior to the reservation, there is a $10 cancellation fee.

    • If you cancel less than (7) days but more than (3) days, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

    • If you cancel less than (3) days prior but more than (24) hours there is a 75% cancellation fee.

    • If you cancel less than (24) hour or are a NO-SHOW guest there is NO REFUND.


PRIVATE BOAT CHARTER POLICIES:
 

  • WEATHER POLICY:

    • If you Arrive at the Confirmed Location and Our Operator determines it's not safe to ride.

    • If Our Representative communicates the DAY OF and CANCELS your reservation due to weather.

    • ​You will receive a refund (minus 4% processing fees) or the choice to reschedule if possible. Generally, takes 7-14 business days to process.
       

  • CANCELLATION POLICY:

    • If you cancel more than (30) days prior to reservation, there is a NO cancellation fee other than the 4% processing fee.

    • If you cancel less than (30) days but more than (14) days, there is a 25% or $100 cancellation fee (whichever is greater) .

    • If you cancel less than (14) days prior but more than (7) days there is a 50% cancellation fee +4% processing fee.

    • If you cancel less than (7) days but more than (3) days there is a 75% Cancellation Fee = 4% processing fee.

    • If you cancel less than (72) hours in advance there is NO REFUND.​

No modifications can be made to reservations less than 24 hours or day of reservation - they are considered cancellations and no refund will be given.
